Miss Sophie

Sophie Mavridis  is currently one of our gorgeous students . Sophie is attending  Hunter School of Performing Arts where she studies Dance as her Major elective. Sophie has been a loyal and dedicated member of NCDA for over 10 years where she participates in about 10 classes per week. Sophie has studied all styles including JFH, Jazz, Cheer Dance ,Tap , Contemporary/Lyrical and RAD Classical.

Sophie's dedication and commitment to  excel in the Dance has led her to the path of being a beautiful role model to NCDA student. Sophie has been assisting junior and intermediate students in class time whilst under supervision at all times. Sophie has been a highlighted dancer and has participated in  numerous Hunter Region Dance Festivals and State Dance Festival. HSPA auditioned Starstruck performances, and multiple CAPA Performances.

Sophie is a member of the HSPA ensemble Dance Group and has received Distinction in her yearly studies. Sophie is one of a handful of students chosen from HSPA Senior Students to attend workshops and classes with world renowned teachers and choreographers in Las Vegas and New York  in 2023.

Sophie looks at exploring  the possibilities of a Full Time Teaching Career.
